The recruiter introduced herself and then asked basic questions, asked about 2 of Huron'south competencies and then asked questions based on their competencies.

I was accepted for a behavioral interview for consulting, unfortunately during midterms calendar week on the same solar day as another interview. The man who interviewed me was very dainty and asked a few standard questions, merely concluded the interview with a few awkward questions near who else I was interviewing, how much I needed to do Consulting, and how much I demand to work at Huron compared to other firms. I was told I would receive a telephone call by 7pm the same day as my interview, but never received a call, and causeless accordingly that I was not invited to the Behavioral and case interviews that would take place the following day.

I attended the University'due south Business Career Off-white in the fall seeking a summer internship. The Recruiter mentioned to utilise for the position in the winter time and that applications for the summer internship program were due past Jan. The program has a 3 round interview process. The first round is one thirty minute behavioral style interview. The second round is a 90 infinitesimal interview broken downwardly into one 45 minute behavioral interview, and one 45 minute case interview. The entire procedure is a iii part process. During campus recruiting they brought me in for an initial interview, which was very bones why Huron, why consulting?? I got asked back for the second interview where they gave me a problem solving, technical question and also continued deeper into finding out who I am type of questions. I did not brand it to the final interview, which would take been at their headquarters in Chicago.

• They asked me a technical question regarding what to do if in that location were limited documents for a company yous were consulting, how would you find out how to better develop this company??
